Part-Time Pre-School Assistant. （到期)

Sunnyside International Kindergarten is currently looking for part-time assistants for our Pre-K to K3 class (with the main focus being Pre-K). If you are energetic, patient, confident and love kids, then this is the job for you.

We are looking for someone who can work from 9.00-2.30 Monday to Friday and can commit to at least one year with us.

A successful applicant's responsibilities will include:

Changing Diapers and Assisting with toilet time.
Caring for and interacting with young children (ages 2-6)
Taking care of snack and toilet time.
Assisting the Teacher will class preparation.
Assisting other staff as required.


The ideal candidate with have a fluent or native-level of English (Japanese is not required but bi-lingual applicants will receive special consideration.

Special consideration will also be given to applicants with experience working in childcare positions, those with professional ambitions in education, and those who have skills that can be taught in after-school programmes (Music, Dance etc.)

The hourly rate will be adjusted if you are asked to teach an after-school club (¥2000-¥3500 according to skills and experience)
