We are recruiting passionate online Gamers with excellent communication skills to dedicate their knowledge and expertise towards helping players, creating solutions for the latest issues, ensuring the highest quality experience for each player.
・Helping players with issues encountered during their play experience
・Review customers' (players') inquiries, using FAQs, and resolving them within the predetermined time-frame.
・Analyzing common issues and sharing them with team members to strengthen the framework for future cases.
・Working together as a team to meet the needs of each player.
・Creating the best experience possible for players by focusing on each player's unique situation.
・Expanding knowledge and skills of required games through on-the-job experience to better serve players.
※Response to players’ inquiries will generally be through email and an online chat system.

※This entire process will take a minimum of 2 weeks
・Experience and familiarity with gaming.
・Native English speaker.
・Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N3 equivalent or higher).
・Excellent communication skills.
・Office software skills.
・Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
・Valid work visa
・Working experience in Customer Support
・Interest in Japanese culture (games, manga, anime, etc).
・Writing and reading skills of Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1)
・Ability to communicate through Japanese business emails.
Business days, 8 hrs work, 1 hr break (9:30 to 18:30 )
Hourly Wage, from 1,200~ JPY/h. (full-time advancement available depending on experience and performance)
- Commuting expenses provided (up to 1,000 JPY per day, offsite assignments fully covered)
** This position requires work visa valid in Japan; Tourist/Temporary Visitor, Trainee, Instructor and those that are restricted to a specific activity are not eligible.
