Urgent: Stand-by / Substitute Teacher in Tokyo（到期)

Iware Co., Ltd. (株式会社 アイウエア) is currently looking for
experienced, skilled, and certified English Stand-by / Substitute
Teacher (Tokyo)

We are looking for qualified individuals to work in a flexible part-time
position as a stand-by substitute teacher on either Tuesdays and Wednesdays
as your schedule allows. You will be paid regardless of if you have substitute
work on that day or not so please have a look at the details down below.

*The days are flexible to your schedule, so you can choose whichever
day(s) is best for you.
[Time] 9:00am-3:00 or 11:00am-5:00pm
*You can choose whichever you prefer the above schedule
*Includes 1 hour lunch break
*If we need your help of substitution, we will make a phone call on the day before or
from around 6:00am to 8:30am, so please be on standby on your working days. If you
do not receive any emergency phone call from us, please come to the Senzokuike office
by 9:00am or 11:00am.


[Work Place] 〒145-0064 3-39-9 Kamiikedai Ohta-ku Tokyo
You will be required to come to our office for desk warming on the days
you don't have classes. However, if a substitution needed, you will be sent
to various schools around the Kanto area (Kanagawa, Chiba, Tokyo).

[Contract type] Outsourcing contract
[Payment]
Standby at office : 7,000 JPY / day *Regardless of whether you have classes as a substitution or not.
Standby at home : 3,500 JPY / day *If you have substitution, the payment will be 7,000 JPY / day

This job is mostly desk warming with a few tasks given by staff regarding
English correction so you will have plenty of time to pursue your own devices.
*You may choose to work (9:00am-3:00 or 11:00am-5:00pm) for 7,000 JPY /day
or be paid 3,500 JPY to do your desk warming job at your home.
But please be aware that you must come in days when there are
substitutions and you will be paid 7,000 JPY/day for substitution days.

[Work Contents]
As stated above, this is a mostly desk warming position with a few days
where you are sent to different schools as a substitute teacher.
You will still be required to come into the work place regardless if you do
not have classes, but at the office, you are mostly free to do as you wish
as long as you complete a few easy assignments given by staff.

During stand-by at the office you may be asked to:
Correct some English emails, documents, making lesson plans, translation
(if possible)...

If we don't have any specific requests for standby work, you'll have plenty of
free time during Stand-by at the office to do any or all of the followings:
・Preparation for your classes
・Studying Japanese through the internet
・Studying TESOL through an internet (There has been a teacher has already
gotten their certificate!)
・Updating your SNS
・Chat with your friends

Also, Iware staff is very friendly, so the environment at the office is
very comfortable to work in :D

If we needed a substitution, we will call you around 6:30am-8:00am.
We will go to the school with you and you will have to teach a lesson
based on the original schedule of the absent teacher.

If you are unable to work for any reason, please inform us at least 2 weeks
in advance.
You will be unable to recieve payment for that day.
