This offer does not required operator experience.
This is monitering job for call center.
Your role play the customer and operator.
You become both an operator and a customer.
You sak something to the telephone operater.
Also your are respond to questions and complaints from customers role.
Welcome correspondence with ad-lib (improv) skill.
There are the following scenarios.
Basically you will make the conversation according to those scenario.
① Customer support for PC supply.
② Customer support for financial institutions.
③ Customer support for internet and optical cable.
④ Life insurance company's customer support.
⑤ Customer insurance company customer support.
Work hours are 3 hours and correspond to inquiries for 10 scenarios.
The length of the one dialogue around the scenario is 5 minutes to 15 minutes per minute,
depending on the situation, it will go back and forth with the progress of the story.
The content of the conversation is recorded.
All data recorded in this work are used for research and development of companies.
Only those who agreed to our consent form can participate.
Applican accept upto 6 people.
Participation is limited to one person one time.
If there are a lot of applications, it may not be possible to participate.
There is photography and video recording.
