Saturday School Teacher (for 1 to 3 years old) (expired)

Little Birds’ Preschool is looking for a native level English teacher to teach our Saturday School class.
Our school opened in 2015 and is located in Shinsaibashi (Osaka City), 2 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station.
Now Little Birds’ Preschool is planning to move to a new constructed school next spring, close to Shinsaibashi area.


*We are looking for someone who can start teaching as soon as possible.

Qualified teachers are expected to possess the following:
- a native level English-speaker
- enjoys working in a school community
- has 2 years or more of experience in teaching
- can teach children from 1 to 3 years old
- has a strong sense of responsibility
- is professional, dynamic, flexible, self-motivated, and friendly
- is a team player and proactively support others
- is currently in Japan with a valid working visa


*Classes are managed with a small teacher-student ratio.
Saturdays: 4-6 children a day
Teachers will be guided by thematic curriculum to be implemented in class.
(in weekday daycare, there are more children so we have few teachers teaching together)

*Working time
Every Saturday 9:00-18:00 (including 1h break)
plus weekdays (days and time negotiable)

Hourly salary: ¥1,250
