Description:

Mic Hot Station is looking for one qualified professional to join our teaching staff! We have currently about 100 children aged 3-12 years old, under our care. A daily lesson will have 30 children present in the classroom.
Kids Duo Konandai has an international teachers’ staff that need assistance for the lessons. Our school is seven minutes’ walk from Konandai station.

Job specifics:

• Successful applicant will receive a basic training to assist our teaching staff. There might be occasions when the applicant has to do a lesson.
• A Kids Duo attire is provided.
• Transportation expenses will be fully reimbursed.
• Working hours are from 15:00-20:00.
• Every year, the school organizes seasonal events. In those events, the number of children might fluctuate. Additional working hours might be requested.
• The school operates under full immersive English environment. Japanese is not required; however, having a basic level of Japanese is a plus.

＜求人概要＞
●やる気スイッチグループの「キッズデュオ」の英語講師として採用いたします。
●幼児から小学生まで（３歳～１２歳）を対象として、英語の楽しさや面白さを子供たちに伝える業務です。
●港南台駅から徒歩７分程度の場所にあります。
●現在（２０２２年３月）子供の登録人数は約１００人で、１クラス最大３０人程度で運営しています。

＜勤務条件＞
●英語で日常会話がスムーズにできる方。
●ダブルワーク可能です。
●制服として、ポロシャツを支給いたします。
●交通費全額支給いたします。
●１５時～２０時の休憩なしの勤務時間となります。
●曜日や子供の人数により変動ありますが、週２回程度出勤できる方が希望です。
●年に４回（春・夏・秋・冬）のシーズナルスクールがあり、その時はキッズデュオの運営時間が延びるので、出勤時間や出勤回数に変動あります。
●日本語が話せなくても大丈夫です。※話せると尚可
●英語レベルによっては研修に参加していただく場合もあります。
●社員登用制度ありです。

＜具体的な業務内容＞
●現在（２０２２年３月）メインの英語講師（アメリカ・オランダ・フィリピン人等）が４名いますので、その先生の補佐や準備を行ってもらいます。慣れたら、１人で教室運営も行ってもらいます。
●子供たちとの室内外のアクティビティ、英語レッスン、子供たちの安心安全な運営見守り、レッスン準備等です。
●アクティビティの企画提案や、季節の装飾、装飾のアイディア等も行ってもらう場合があります。
●生徒の増員のための販促活動等も行う場合があります。
