We are looking for operators and managers to work together in a live streaming app customer support team!
The job will entail customer support (mail reply service) and administrative duties.
Schedule
Customer Support (Mail Reply Service)
Working hours: 10:00~19:00
(Shift based) (3~5 working days a week)
Preferred experience and skills
・ Basic PC operation (required)
・ Experience in managing a team in English
・ Likes social media
Language skills
・Japanese: Fluent (capable of communicating with client adequately)
・English: High level (capable of writing in English with adequate tone and manner)
