Who are we - Human Academy, which is part of the Human Holdings Group, and we currently provide 800+ courses, at 300+ locations across Japan. We offer everything from language learning to robotics, fishing to eSports! We welcome applications from those already living and teaching in Japan, and find themselves looking for a fresh challenge and potential career. Here are the current vacancies for English language teaching:


1. PRIVATE SCHOOL - TOKYO (Mon to Fri)
A well-established prestigious school with Kindergarten (4-6), and Elementary (7-12) sections, is seeking lead teachers. Each leader will be responsible for the construction, preparation and teaching of curriculum for one section, so ideal for experienced teachers looking to be more involved with what they teach, rather than having to follow a set textbook. Here are the basics:
• Schedule: Mondays to Fridays.
• Times: 7 hours per day 08:30-16:30 (inc. lunch hour).
• Dates: October 2020 to the end of Mar 2021 (Renewable).
• Students: Kindergarten x20, Elementary x40
• Transportation: to/from work is reimbursed.
• Visa: sponsorship is available.
• Training: provided and paid.
• Rate: ￥280,000 per month - negotiable.


2. INTERNATIONAL AFTER SCHOOL – TOKYO
Teach, play & care - only two 50 minute lessons in a day.
• Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays
• Times: 7 hours per day 11:00-19:00 (inc. lunch hour)
• Students: Elementary (G1-G4) x30
• Dates: end of September 2020 to end of March 2021
• Rate: ￥14,000 per day


3. 2021 SCHOOL YEAR ALT (Full-time)
We are now also accepting applications for 2021 school year ALT positions for Elementary, Junior High and High schools all over Japan. Monday to Friday schedules with the occasional weekend event, and an average day of 8:30-16:30. Starting date will be April 2021, with interviews happening as of October.


PLEASE NOTE:
We will only be replying to those we wish to interview, and that the recruitment flow is an initial phone call Q&A, followed by a web-based meeting, and finally an interview at our Shinjuku, or local area offices. There are no intense questions or tests, and we will support you throughout the process and during employment.
