GLICC is an innovative English school located near Sakurashinmachi station in Setagaya, Tokyo. We are currently looking for a part-time, qualified and experienced English instructor to join our team. This position will include teaching online as well as offline, at our school in Setagaya.
We offer personalized lessons catered to a wide variety of students, for example, returnees and those aiming to enter specific Junior High Schools and Colleges in Japan. Most of our students are in Elementary or Middle School.
Working hours will be approximately 2-3 hours/day for a total of roughly 10-15 hours/week, in the afternoons and evenings. There is also an opportunity to move to full time for the right candidate, dependent on work performance.
Compensation:
Group Lesson: 4000-7000yen/per hour
Private Lesson: 2500-4000yen/per hour
Payment will depend on your experience and qualifications.
*Teaching experience is required
*Experience with online platforms and ICT preferred
*Experience teaching Elementary - JHS math preferred
