We are looking for a cook and service staff to join our restaurant "NADABAN by HAL YAMASHITA" located in Hibiya, "HAL YAMASHITA Tokyo" in Roppongi and "HAL YAMASHITA Lounge" in Otemachi.
We are seeking for candidates with a passion for cooking and interest in contemporary Japanese cuisine.
Each of our restaurant is attracting the most attention even overseas since we newly create unique dishes with a Japanese twist on flavor, ingredients, and its presentation.
Working with executive chef HAL YAMASHITA would be a great opportunity for you to learn the Japanese spirit and his cooking techniques.
*training time 50H (JPY 1,050/hour (minimum))
