Taito Ward annually sends a selected team of about twenty JHS students from the entire ward for an exchange/homestay trip to Denmark. In order to prepare the students for this homestay program, they would like a native speaker from Denmark to hold two 1hr preparation sessions at a venue very close (5min. walk) to Iriya station.
Lesson content & activities are generally up to the teacher but should cover pertinent areas including everyday life, culture/food, and easy phrases to use with their host families and around town. Lessons may be conducted in English, Japanese, or a combination of both.
Lesson dates:
August 2th (Thu) @ 1100-1200
August 7th (Tue) @ 1100-1200
Qualified candidates must:
1. Be available to cover both dates/times;
2. Have a friendly & genki personality.
3. Be able to work within the guidelines & policies of the school.
