PIPI HOSTING is the biggest vacation rental management company in Japan. We are funded by the famous VC and we aim to establish an online hosting concierge system catered to the fast-growing house-sharing industry.


Position : Customer Service Consultant

We are looking for responsible and driven consultants to work in our Customer Service Department that can speak English and/or Thai, where they will be the 'bridge' between our guests from overseas and our clients in Japan and Thailand. They will deal with traveller and their online inquiries regarding accommodation in Japan. The task is to provide the best customer service during their trip to achieve customer satisfaction and boost potential sales.

<Type of employment>

Part-time
at least 3 days per week


<Job Description>

To manage and handle all communication-related bookings, quotes, requests and confirmation prior to the customers arrival and to manage delivery of above services and other additional services to the customer during their stay.

<Job Responsibilities>

• Manage incoming inquiries in Airbnb, Agoda, Homeaway and other short-term rental platforms through our self-innovated system
• Providing online Customer Service thru email
• Greet guests and assist check-in and check-out queries;
• Offer accurate and valid information and responses to guests
• Identify and cater customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction for the duration of the customers’ stay
• Handle complaints and provide practical/appropriate solutions
• Ensure accuracy of services in line with company policies
• Ensure proper record keeping for operational accuracy

<Job Requirements>

• Proficiency in computer operations
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Airbnb systems, policies and practices
• Capability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task and do it effectively
• Strong sense of responsibility to both of our clients and guests
• Language Proficiency in English (Conversational to Business), and Japanese (N2)
• Work experience in a similar position in travel/tourism/hostel leisure industry is a plus
• Experience of living or studying abroad is also a plus

<Hours>

 ※Actual work hours 7~8 hours per day

< Salary >

1000~1250 JPY per hour plus 500JPY allowance

 ※Training period (4 weeks)
 ※There is an opportunity to become a full-time employee
 ※Transportation Allowance
