当社初のホテル事業として、「hotel koé」が誕生。
衣食住の各分野で活躍するプロデューサーを起用し、
ステイ、ファッション、ミュージックの3つのキーワードを
掲げて新しい価値と文化の発信基地を目指します。

ホテルのレセプションも兼ねる1Fには、
代官山のフレンチレストラン「Ata（アタ）」を展開する
掛川哲司シェフプロデュースのベーカリーレストラン
「koé lobby（コエロビー）」がオープンします。

一人ひとりに合うスタイルを提案する“仕立て屋”の
ような存在をイメージし、ゆっくり楽しめるディナーから
テイクアウトのパンまで幅広いメニューをそろえたお店です。

今回はオープニングスタッフとして立ち上げから

海外からのお客様も多いエリアですので、

接客等のホール業務全般。
お客様のご案内、オーダーテイク、料理の提供、
お会計、ドリンク作成、洗い物、バッシング、
テーブルメイク、オープン業務、クローズ業務、
他ポジションの手伝いをお願いします。

＜ホール 募集条件＞
◎ホール・接客の経験者優遇
◎未経験者OKですが、アルバイト経験は必須
◎英語での接客経験や英語が得意な方、好きな方歓迎


■キッチンスタッフ　【アルバイト/パート】【経験者】

調理等のキッチン業務全般。
調理、盛り付け、仕込み、洗い物、オープン業務、

食事パンから菓子パンまで幅広く携わっていただきます。

<About hotel koe tokyo>
‘koé’, the lifestyle brand with the concept of ‘new basic for new culture’, with a new customer experience has opened hotel koé tokyo, its global flagship store and hotel complex, in Shibuya in February 2018. The Shibuya store will appoint a variety of producers active in the fields of food, clothing and interior, and aims to become a starting point for the communication of new values and culture under the keywords, ‘Stay’, ‘Fashion’ ,‘Music and Food’ .

On the first floor, where the hotel reception desk will also be located, there is ‘koélobby’, bread and dining produced by Satoshi Kakegawa, chef at ‘Ata’, the popular French restaurant in Daikanyama. The layout of ‘koélobby’ includes a variety of seating styles, from a bar counters where customers can enjoy a drink while leaning on the bar, to table seating; customers are able to choose according to their requirements. A wide-ranging menu will be available, enabling the customer to choose anything from morning time, a leisurely dinner to bread to take home.
In addition, in the Event Space the sale of collaboration items with a variety of brands is planned, with DJ events at the weekends.
