BLU JAM CAFE JAPAN opened its first location 2 years ago in Daikanyama that seats 80 guests. January of 2018 we opened our second location in Azabu Juban, and hope to continue to grow. We serve all day brunch from 8am to 9pm 10 close in Daikanyama and from 8am to 5pm in Azabu Juban.
We have made it our mission to enrich the lives of others through our unique and innovative dishes that cater to all dietary needs from meat lovers to vegans, vegetarians, and gluten free guests. Our all day brunch has a wide selection of such dishes that can not be experienced any where else. We value healthy alternatives, options, and most importantly staying true to the American taste and portions not localizing to Japan. Our concept is bringing L.A. to you through our true American brunch menu and service.

<JOB DESCRIPTION>

Kitchen:
The job will require you to work in a team setting. You will be cooking, cutting, cleaning, washing, carrying, etc

Hall:
The job will require you to work in a team setting. You will be waiting, bussing, closing, opening, cleaning, answering phones, making drinks, etc


<REQUIREMENTS>
•Valid Visa
•Currently residing in Tokyo Japan (Saitama, Chiba, Kangawa exceptab;e)
•ability to read and write conversational English
•For kitchen staff Japanese ability is not a requirement/ for Hall staff basic Japanese is required.
•able to walk, kneel, stand, lift, etc for a long period of time


<PAY>
Part Time starting at 1,000yen an hour~1500yen an hour based on skills and responsibilities.
Full Time 250,000-400,000 based on skills and responsibilities
