We are looking for a mature, responsible, native-English teacher to teach English and Mathematics to Japanese children.
We are based at Seijyo-Gakuenn- Mae(成城学園前) in Setagaya-ku is ideally seeking applicants from this area.
A strong command of the English language is required, and so we ask that only university graduates or current university students apply. However, if you feel that your English (teaching) ability is high enough, you are of course welcome to apply.
We have no preference for accent, as long as you are able to speak in a clear, easily understandable manner.
While our focus is on teaching mathematics through English, the maths involved is for children and not of an advanced level, so a background in mathematics, while preferable, is not required.
What is required however is a love of children. We want to provide a fun, dynamic learning environment for the kids and seek teachers who can help us provide this.
Every Thursday from 16:00 to 20:00.
