We are an after school, English and drama school located in Shirokane-Takanawa.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and dynamic native-speaking, (preferably) qualified/certified teacher who will teach on our 'International After School' programme as well as in our English programmes. The position is for part-time to teach around 6-10 hours per week.
We require someone who is flexible and committed to delivering excellent education.
Only those currently residing in Japan, with a visa that allows for working, should apply.
Our After School programmes are for preschool children and children aged from six to ten years old and runs on weekdays and Saturdays. The programme consists of international style learning through enquiry, project-based learning and English language learning. The programme is conducted in English.
Our English programmes run on evenings and weekends, as do our drama classes.
Job Description:
Teachers will be required to prepare all materials for the classes and deliver exciting, innovative and engaging lessons that are internationally minded and 21st century based. Ongoing training and support will be given.
Working hours:
6-10 hours per week.
Confirmed days/times at the moment:
- Mondays 3:30pm - 6:30pm
- Saturdays 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Hourly rate of 1,500 JPN - 3,000 JPN per hour
