Restaurant Alaska, where high class guests gather day and night, such as the banquet surrounding the president of famous enterprises that everyone knows, the teachers of big politicians and dinner party of supporters and executives of listed companies.

We are looking for a staff to work at this very historical and high class restaurant. You will learn first-class hospitality as a service staff at restaurant Alaska!

[About this position]
You may start with learning general service as a server.
Escort guests, take orders, serve dishes, cashier, clean tables, etc.
Within about 1 to 3 months, you will be able to do a lot of work.

As a second step you will be start doing store manager's job.
Specifically, sales management, human resources development, ordering of food and supplies etc.
Many of us are working at this restaurant more than 10 years and we are here to support you learning!

10:00~22:00 (include 1 hour break time)
*Shift time work

[仕事内容・求める人物]

〜　仕事内容　〜
まずはホールの仕事から始めていただきます。
お客さまのご案内、注文のお伺い、料理の提供、お会計、テーブルの片付けなど。
1〜3ヶ月程度で、一通りの業務ができるようになりますよ。

その後、ホール業務を覚えられるようになったら
店長業務もお願いしていきます。
具体的には売上管理、人材の育成、食材や備品の発注など。
スキルや適性に合わせて、徐々に業務領域を増やしていきましょう。
勤続20〜30年ほどのベテランスタッフが中心なので、困ったことがあればすぐに相談してください。
将来的には老舗洋食屋の店舗運営スキルが未経験から身につきます。

＜一日の仕事の流れ＞
≪ランチ≫
◆10時／掃除・準備
掃除機がけ、拭き掃除、テーブルのセッティング、薬味の補充、ご予約の確認、ご予約の電話対応など。
◆11時半／ランチ営業開始
基本的に12時〜13時はほぼ満席。ランチコースだけでなく、アラカルトでのご注文もあります。
◆15時／閉店

休憩（1〜2時間）

◆22時／締め作業、翌日の準備、閉店
