Industrial Machine Design Engineer / 産業機械設計技術者 （到期)

Company with knowledge, technology, experience and proven track record of manufacturing
mechanical equipment is looking for new staff who will be in charge of the design process
which is the origin of manufacturing.

<Duties>
・Design meeting with existing customers
・Order processing
・Progress management, Achievement control etc.

※We manufacture machines for various fields.
Ex: Food packaging machine, Automatic warehouse transport device, Pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment etc.

※Currently there are 5 people in the Designing department, but we plan to increase the number to 8 people.

【Working hours】8:00~17:00

【Holidays】2 days a week（Annual holiday 101 days）
※10 days of paid leave + 1 day every year (20 days max)
※22 working days a month

主に機械装置の製造に対する、技術・経験・知識・実績のある同社で、
モノづくりの原点である設計工程を担います。

<業務内容>
・既存顧客との設計打ち合わせ
・受注活動
・社内への展開/進捗管理/実績管理など

※扱うものは、食品包装機械、自動倉庫内搬送装置、医薬品製造装置など様々な分野があります。
※所属部門人数:現在5名程度の部署ですが、今後8名体制に増員予定です。

【勤務時間】8:00~17:00

【休日】週休2日制（休日日数101日）
※有給は入社6か月後に10日付与されます。その後は1年おきに1日ずつ増えてい き、最大20日まで付与
※月間22日が勤務日となっているため、連休が多い月は土日出勤あり
※詳細は同社カレンダーに従う
