【具体的な仕事の流れ】

▼求⼈案件の開拓： 新規及び既存求⼈企業へのアプローチ
▼企業への訪問・採⽤ニーズのヒアリング
▼採⽤ニーズに合わせた⼈材のサーチ（データベース、転職サイト、ＳＮＳ等を利⽤）
▼⾯接⽇程の調整、模擬⾯接の実施
▼企業側及び転職希望者側に対し内定承諾から⼊社⽇までのサポート、及び⼊社後のサポート


A successful recruitment consultant is able to build enduring relationships with successful business leaders and contribute directly to the business community in Tokyo. 【必須】
◎⼈営業経験者、または何らかの実績を残した⽅
◎優れたコミュニケーションスキルや対⼈スキル
◎英語⼒(社内⾔語が英語のため意思疎通が問題なくできる⽅を求めています)
※業界未経験の方でも、自社の充実したトレーニングプログラムにより必要なスキルの習得が可能です。
