English Boot Camp, provided by Global Astrolines Corp., is a rapidly growing English program that offers a totally new and exciting approach towards English education. We have an excellent team of instructors who passionately try to change the course of education and now we are currently seeking talented individuals interested in participating in program development, content creation, and teaching full-time with us as part of our small international team. We are also offering part-time positions.


Job Overview
There are two components to our English education program.

English Boot Camp - EBC
EBC is a two-day intensive “boot camp” style communication seminar that emphasizes basic communication skills and encourages participants to break through to find their willingness to speak. Foundational skills taught through this program include: global communication skills, utilization of English based on current level and public speaking/presentation skills.

English Boot Camp GYM
Gym is a two month long intensive course that primarily serves Japanese business professionals aiming to utilize English in the workplace and in working abroad. GYM focuses on English as a tool for argumentation, business meeting facilitation, and offers linguistics-based coaching to improve skills such as pronunciation, as well as exercises based on TOEIC Speaking.


Working Condition
Hours
EBC is held every weekend, on national holidays, and occasionally on consecutive weekdays.
Day 1 - 10:00- 21:30
Day 2 - 9:30-18:30
GYM is held every weekday and one day on the weekend for a period of 8 weeks.
Weekdays - 19:00-22:30
Weekends – 9:30-18:00

Normal office days: 9:00-18:00


Location
Our office and classroom are located in Futakotamagawa Station.
We will have corporate events where the location will be at the client’s discretion within Tokyo.


Compensation / Welfare
Compensation will be given at a competitive rate, with full time employees being offered ￥270,000-400,000 monthly depending on experience and ability.
Benefits include; visa sponsorship, full health insurance, and 10 days of paid vacation per year.

Responsibilities:
•Teaching in one or both of our English programs
•Assistance in operations/administrative duties onsite for our business trainings and at our
home base in Futakotamagawa
•Assist with proofreading English program contents
•Possible content creation


Professional Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree,
•Extensive teaching experience with adults (2 years or more preferred)
•Ability to teach language with attention to relevant concepts such as logic and argumentation
