Who We Are:

The Worldfolio is a news website and a media agency specialised in the production of socio-economic and industrial reports.
Thanks to our partnerships with famous media outlets (some of which you may read or watch every day!), we create media campaigns in which we promote the most dynamic sectors of Asian economies.

As a Sales Representative, a typical day will include the following:

• Make a presentation to a Business Leader to convince him of the importance of being featured in our report and website
• Make an advertising sales pitch to the PR department of potential clients
• Close advertising deals still under negotiation through email follow-ups, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings
• Make market research and preparations for your next presentation and sales pitch
• Follow up with clients and coordinate upcoming publications

What profile we look for:

• You are curious and enjoy learning about topics as varied as Robotics, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Real Estate…
• You are outgoing, social and have great interpersonal and presentation skills
• You are a result-driven individual who enjoys taking on challenges and who performs under pressure
• You are money-driven, adaptable, and willing to work the extra hour to increase your paycheck
• You are motivated by leading and managing international teams and want to be promoted fast

Requirements:

• Past experience in sales position or media position is preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (both written and oral)
• Speaking Japanese or a second language is preferred but not required
