描述
TISG is looking to fill a management position in the eastern Tokyo / Chiba area, with our nationwide kindergarten program, starting March 24th 2019.
The successful candidate will have exceptional teaching skills with young children, good communication skills, dedication to supporting and managing a teaching staff of 9 in the area (and 56 with the program nationwide), and business level of Japanese skill to effectively communicate with Japanese clients (school staff, principals and parents).
Minimum requirements for this position include a degree, at least 2 years of teaching experience (with children), a strong work ethic, understanding of Japanese business and social etiquette and a love of children. Previous management and training experience, in an ESL setting, is preferred.
Basic work hours are 10 AM to 6 PM but as a member of our management team extra hours are required during busy periods.
