Yes! English School, Tokyo has immediate openings for English instructors in Shinkoiwa(Katushika-Ku, Tokyo).
Our school provides a comfortable and cozy at-home-like warm-hearted atmosphere conducive to study.
We aim to make a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for every student from children to adults so that they can enjoy and learn English simultaneously here.
Instructors are enjoying with students and being part of our friendly, teamwork focused work environment without needing to wear a necktie.

We are seeking instructors for our team as follows;
*dynamic, mature and professional;
*culturally sensitive and have excellent organizational and communication skills;
*looking to work for a minimum of three years;
*interested in teaching children as well as adults;
*available for in-person interview in Tokyo or Skype.
*have experience teaching Eikaiwa type conversational English
*have experience teaching Eiken(STEP) test, TOEIC test, TOEFL-iBT test, IELTS test.

FULL-TIME position
*Working hours: start from around 13:00 ends around 22:00
*Working hours detailed: maximum 40 hours per week, 6-8 hours average per day (with some gaps between lessons)
*Five-day work week including Saturdays. Sundays and Wednesdays as days off.
*Teaching location:
-Shinkoiwa main school office: near JR Shinkoiwa Station (Higashi-Shinkoiwa 1 Chome, Katsushika-Ku, Tokyo)
*Fixed Salary: 220,000 JPY to 280,000 per month (depends on your experiences, skills, performances and results)

REQUIRED SKILLS:
*Native English speakers only
*Minimum university degree(s) BA/BS
*Minimum Japanese ability
-Writing/Reading: Hiragana/Katakana/some simple kanjis
-Speaking/Listening: Basic conversational

PREFERRED SKILLS:
*Professional certification(s):
-TESL/TEFL/TESOL
-CELTA/DELTA
-Teaching license
