Our company is currently hiring for the following position;

Research Associate

Partnering with a more seasoned recruiter, this entry-level role is a stepping stone to Associate Consultant. It will help build communication skills and start crafting your consulting and sales skills.

Duties will include but not limited to:
• Cold calling target candidates to invite for interviews with one of the company’s consultants.
• Approaching candidates via email or professional networking sites.
• Online research and market mapping.
• Learning to understand job requisitions to find the right target candidates.
• Building industry knowledge in your specialized area.

Basic requirements:
• University Degree
• Sales experience and/or a record of achieving targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and honest team player, self-motivated and a strong will to succeed
• Willingness to learn quickly
