[Offer]:

We have an Assistant Language Teaching (ALT) position working in Misaki Town, Okayama Prefecture.

We'll support you as much as possible!

[About Us]:

Hi, We're NPO GLAD. We were founded by a group of former Japanese teachers with a vision to support the growth of global-minded students in Japan. GLAD stands for Global Learning Advancement Department.

We believe that foreign teachers will be the bridge the gap between Japan and the world and will be the key to modernizing Foreign Language Education.

This is our logic: As a company, by recruiting and introducing global-minded, respectful, positive, and hard working educators to schools, we can influence Japan's society - Through education.

Over the past 6 years, we have hired more than 600 teachers and placed them all throughout Japan in various English teaching positions.

In addition to our strong and genuine support system here at NPO GLAD, we try to make living in Japan as easy and stress-free as possible.

It's quite simple - Happy teachers means happy children and schools.

Most of our positions are in rural areas of Japan, nationwide. We feel that the most impact of globalization will start from here.
