International Preschool Teacher (expired)

An international preschool in Kisarazu is currently recruiting teachers.

Working conditions: Full-time position: Mon-Fri 9:00 to 17:30. Days off include weekends, national holidays, 2-week spring vacation, 2-week summer vacation, and a week of winter vacation.

Compensation and benefits: Full-time position: ￥200000 with a performance-based bonus and salary increase.

Responsibilities/Duties : As a preschool teacher, we expect you to lead the lesson according to our curriculum. We also expect from you to join us in planning and preparing for our weekly activities like craft day, birthday party, and discovery day and also in our yearly events that would include Halloween and Christmas.
Since we have a number of students that are under 3, changing of diapers and potty training are also involved. The teachers are also required to clean daily (eg. vacuum, taking out the trash) and disinfect weekly (eg. bleaching of the floor, general cleaning duties).
These are the main aspects of the job, however our priority would always be the security of the children.

Requirements: Must possess fluent to native level English skills and at least a year of experience with young children. The ability to play instruments is also an asset. We are looking for MOTIVATED, CHEERFUL, and COMMITTED teachers, willing to commit to a 2-year renewable contract.
