(Urgent Hire) Kids English Teacher/Soccer Coach (expired)

We have an exciting new role for a teacher who wants to go beyond traditional classroom teaching, and do something a bit more physical! Don't worry, though - you don't have to be a professional athlete. Our program is designed to be more about learning English in a fun way than turning kids into the next Lionel Messi! As long as you know the basics of soccer (and preferably basketball too), that's good enough.

Perhaps more important than your knowledge on the field is your confidence in teaching. Our ideal teacher/coach is a career educator, with expertise in English teaching, who just wants to change things up a bit. You will be working with experienced soccer coaches, who will help you fine-tune your curriculum, but the implementation of it will be solely up to the teacher.

Work hours:
10:00am - 7:00pm Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat (Sundays and Wednesdays off)

Compensation:
The starting wage will be 270,000 per month. The first three months will be a probation period, but this will not affect remuneration.
Transportation costs are covered (up to 30,000 a month).

Insurance:
All employees are covered by the company's social insurance plan, which covers health, pension and employment insurance.

Application requirements:
-Must live in Japan
-Must have valid work/spouse visa or permanent residence
-Must have at least two years' experience teaching English
***Must have a valid Japanese/International driver's license***

Hiring Time Frame:
We are currently looking to hire a teacher for the 2020-2021 school year, with contracts renewable yearly. Salary will be increased with good performance (mostly relating to student recruitment).

Successful candidate will start ASAP.
