Immediate Open: International School IB PYP program PE teacher (expired)

Hello from Tokyo West International School. We are an International Baccalaureate candidate school.

We are actively seeking a full-time PE teacher to join our team from June 2020. Teacher's duties include:
・Teaching, lesson planning, and preparation of materials
・Other school-related works
・40 hours/week(plus one hour break), evenings and weekends (once or twice a year)
・Cleaning the classroom
・Riding the school bus as a bus attendant
・Overnight/ trip chaperone once or twice a year

The ideal candidate should:
・Certified middle school teacher from your country
・Be passionate about children and education
・Have at least one year of experience working in elementary school settings
・Currently reside and be able to work in Japan

Working days: Monday - Friday, evenings and weekends once or twice a year
Working time: 8:30 am -5:30 pm with one hour break
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, school holidays
Starting Salary: 260,000 yen per month based on experience and qualifications
Insurance: Social insurance, unemployment insurance, labor insurance are provided
Trial period: 3 months
Sick Leave: 5 days/ year (you can start using it after six months of work)
Required valid teacher’s license, valid working visa
At least one or two years' experience is preferable but not required.
Transportation: Yes (Maximum 20,000 yen/month )
Closing date: 20th of each month
Payday: End of each month (by bank transfer)
