Description

■ Full-time employee (trial period: 3 months)
■ Annual income: ¥3,600,000 (Roughly ¥300,000 a month)
■ Working hours: 09:00-18:00
■ Holidays / Vacation: 2 days off per week (120 Days off per Year), 5-day weekly shift system including weekends and national holidays
■ Qualification: Bilingual in English / Japanese (JLPT N2 & above)
■ Visa Support is offered
■ Social Insurance: Health Insurance, Employee Pension, Unemployment Insurance, Worker's Accident Insurance
■ Work place: 2 Minute Walk from Kamiyacho Station (If willing to move to Fukuoka, we will also provide housing allowance)
■ There will be a paid 1-month informative training with our Web Inquiry Team in Fukuoka and with our Call Center Team in Nagoya at the start with accommodation provided for. You will be trained together with the other newly hired English Customer Service Team members.

About the role:
Your primary responsibility will be to work as a part of our call center and web inquiry team to answer English inquiries from our website, Facebook page, and phone related to our apartments, which are located throughout Japan. Although clients will be English-speaking, you must be able to communicate with coworkers in Japanese efficiently.
