We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated people who love interacting with clients and teammates, to join our team.
Duties
- Manage all communications with domestic suppliers related to requests, quotes, bookings
- Confirm the reservations and notify customers information and documents
- Provide support to customers on site
- Ensure the quality of services provided by suppliers are up to the standard
- Maintain good relationship with key suppliers and clients to ensure long-term partnership
- Provide itineraries and proposal to ensure our customers the best experience in Japan
Experience
- Previous experience in inbound tourism and/or MICE experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS office
- Responsible and self-motivation, ability to work under pressure
- Rigorous and strong attention to details
- Capacity for self-management and work autonomously
- Pro-active and team-spirit, good organizational and solving problems skill
- Native/business level in speaking and writing Japanese and English
- Knowledge of Italian language is preferential
