Qualification Requirements: 4 years or higher degree in the human resources or business management, or equivalent experience in recruitment or customer service.
Overview of Job Responsibilities: Starts as trainee for recruitment coordinator position for both direct placement and contract staffing services. Source the candidate’s resumes and screen candidate's qualifications. Conduct screening interviews and evaluate the candidates qualifications for client job openings. Coordinate overall hiring process for company clients; scheduling the interviews, assist both clients and candidates for Q&As, offer presentation and negotiation, assist relocation, etc. Participate in developing the annual recruitment plans
including job fair and other recruitment events.
