JOB TITLE: HR Assistant (HR アシスタント)
DEPARTMENT: International HR (国際人事)
LOCATION: Nagoya (3 min. from Fushimi St.), Japan
REPORTS TO: HR Leader, Japan


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist HR Leader, Japan to provide daily administration of various human resources process.
• Support HR Leader to ensure country operations are compliant with company policy and local regulatory requirements.
• As assigned, work together with HR Leader to facilitate integrated, consistent and accessible service delivery of International HR.
• Support HQ HR team on HR projects.
• Support preparing Payroll or HR related documents.
• Maintain and update internal HR related documents, files etc
• Coordinating and processing domestic and international business travel arrangements, as required
• Researching, collecting and compiling data such as training completions, PM completion, time keeping completion and other matters requiring follow-up and providing visibility of status
• Screening telephone calls, answering routine questions and taking messages
• Performing other duties as assigned by HR Leader or International HR Director; duties subject to change per requirements


EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Administrative experience in multi-national company environment
• Payroll experience is a plus
• Business level MS office and PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint
• Basic Business English language reading, writing and speaking skills
• Positive and Proactive working attitude and high ethical and integrity standards
• Must work well in a teamwork environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

WORK DAYS AND HOURS:
• Monday to Friday
• Work hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Lunch: 12:00 – 13:00)
• Overtime: Usually none unless urgent matter occurs.

WAGE:
• Approximately JPY 1200 ~ JPY 1400 per hour (depending on skills)
• Commutation Allowance is provided
• Relocation support not provided.
• Housing not provided.

START DATE:
• As soon as possible, depending on background check
• Contract is renewed every 3 months
