Our team is looking for a new staff member to work at our office in Umeda, Osaka.
This is a full-time position and you will work within our small English team to coordinate, promote and manage a staff of around 20 foreign dispatch teachers working at ES/JHS/HS as ALTs throughout Osaka.
Some of the key roles for this position are...
- Sub cover a variety of positions in the event that one of our regular teachers is sick (short notice)
- Plan, coordinate and manage short term immersive programs at ES/JHS/HS
- Continue improving the curriculum of our company's English school (Kids/Off-site)
- Interview, evaluate new potential staff and manage our existing team
- Visit schools to promote our company's services
- Create English content for a variety of different positions

Start date: Late November/ Early December 2019 - March 31st, 2020 (renewable, 1 year contract offered)
Days: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend work as set forth by our company's calendar)
Hours: 9:30am-6:30pm (1 hour lunch break), 40 hours per week
Pay: 250,000yen per month (payday: 15th of the following month)

Requirements...
-Must be a native English speaker (English must be your only mother tongue)
-Have a valid work visa and plan on living in Japan long-term
-Have experience teaching in Japan at least for 2 years
-Must be organized, have good time management and strong computer skills (Microsoft/Word/Excel etc)
-Must have strong communication skills (Japanese language ability not required but is a plus)
-Must be flexible, creative and comfortable working in an office environment
