Requirements

  • English: Native level
  • Japanese: Conversational
  • Must currently reside in Japan
  • Previous GrapeSEED experience a definite plus!
  • 2-3 years' teaching experience with preschool-kindergarten ages
  • English Teaching Certification preferred (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc.)

Description

Private kindergarten is looking for a native English speaker to teach part-time via one of the following two schedule options from June:

A. Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays @ 10:15-12:15

or

B. Fridays only @ 10:00-17:00

- Instruction shall follow the GrapeSEED curriculum/program (training provided)
- Renewable yearly contract

Qualified candidates must:
a. Be able to work within the guidelines& policies of the school
b. Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
c. Be professional, respectful, and responsible
