Description

University-affiliated private high school is searching for an experienced English instructor to start from January 2019. Responsibilities include preparation/instruction (team-teaching), classroom attendance, student evaluations, and exam duties (creation of listening section and Q&As, administration, scoring, & data entry).

Qualified candidates must:

- be Native English speakers
- be able to work within the policies & guidelines of the school
- be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- be punctual and professional
- have excellent classroom management skills

The school is hoping to secure a candidate with the potential to renew on a yearly basis from April.

Applicants will be required to open a candidate file at our Shinjuku office on a weekday (not Wednesday) at 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, or 1400. (Preferably some time next week; process takes less then 30min.) Interviews will take place at the school during the first 2-3 weeks of December. (Usually about 30-45 minutes, staff escort provided for navigation on the day and translation during the interview if necessary.)
