We are a medium sized language school conveniently located in Kawasaki, just 20 minutes by train from Shibuya on the Tokyu Denen Toshi Line.

You will teach a variety of students (children and adults of all ages and levels), using our materials. There is room for you to use your own materials and ideas in order to make your lessons more personal.
Requirements:
•Be a proven, reliable and self-organized teacher
•Have maturity and competence in a professional working environment
•Familiarity with computers (at least Word and Excel)
•Be able to get along well with others
•Have a pleasant, amicable personality and outlook
•Be neat and tidy in appearance
Salary:
•250,000 yen a month for the first three months
•After the first three months, the monthly salary will increase to 270,000 yen a month, however this is negotiable, depending on your experience and performance
Benefits:
•Approximately 6 weeks of paid holidays per year
•Consecutive days off (Sunday/Monday)
•Job stability (you will teach at only one location; no need to travel around from branch to branch)
•Teacher training is provided to allow you to get used to our system and to settle in
•You'll be supported by a team of 3 other native English speaking teachers and 3 Japanese administrators
•Transport allowance up to 10,000 yen a month
Interview criteria and commencement date:
•Only applicants who meet the criteria detailed will be contacted for an interview
•Commencement of this position is flexible, however at the very latest you should be able to start work by the beginning of July, 2019.
