Fujinomiya English Teacher - 7 weeks vacation! (expired)

TEB Eikaiwa is owner-operated and staffed by teachers with extensive experience in the teaching industry as well as life in Japan. We require a socially skilled and committed teacher to join our family run business from April 2021.

The applicant will preferably:
- have teaching experience in Japan and/or Asia as well as experience teaching small
classes of children (up to 7/class) starting from 3yrs old through to adults.
- have musical skills.
- have an ability to follow systems and targets.
- have the physical and mental fitness to cope with the demands of teaching children.
- have (or be prepared to get) a current Japanese driver’s license.

The TEB workweek is Monday to Friday.

We provide a semi- furnished, subsidized apartment, a very competitive contract completion bonus and 7 (yes seven!) weeks paid holiday per year as part of the package. Fujinomiya (pop. 130,000) is well connected to major cities by toll highways and the JR rail network including a local Shinkansen station for easy access to nearby towns and cities. It is also a gateway to the mountains of Yamanashi and Nagano for the adventurous types.
