• Starting monthly salary of ¥250,000 ~

■Job Description & Responsibilities
• Must be a native English speaker
• Be enthusiastic in teaching energetic lessons and finding new ways to engage students while teaching a predefined curriculum.
• Give children interesting and fun experiences.
• Assist children in their personal development.
• Preparation for lessons, events, and creating materials for classes
•Follow the Kids Duo framework of lessons, while creatively developing your own personalized and unique approach in teaching
• Daily cleaning, organizing, and general up keeping of the school after each workday.
• Plan and organize events such as Halloween, Christmas, Seasonal (Spring, Summer and Winter), Spelling Bees, Speech contests etc.
• Communicating with parents through in-person counseling
• Promotional activities
■Working hours:
• 5 days a week from Monday through Friday
• 9 hours per day including 1 hour break (actual working hours: 8 hours)
• Basic working hours are from 11:00 to 20:30
※Seasonal schools and events will have shifts between 9:00 and 20:00.
■Holidays
• Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays
• Company holidays which fall predominantly on the two main holidays in Japan:
- Golden Week
- New Year’s holidays

• Has interest in English education and the ability to creativity engage with kids

• Has a honest work ethic and is able to work within a assigned schedule
• Residing in the Chiba area
