Job description
Management of hotel type night-stay facilities (online hospitality service for people to lease or rent short-term lodging including vacation rentals, hotel rooms, apartment rentals, home stays and hostels)
・Supporting property owners
・Reservation management
・Daily equipment and leaning management
・Customer support for guests
The company is growing fast; the number of properties will be increased in future.
Requirements:
Conversational Japanese (N2, N3)
Business level of English (TOEIC600)
Preferred experiences / skills:
Experience in Service industry (including Part time)
Preferred languages:
Indonesian
Thai
Korean
Spanish
French
Italian
Preferred personality:
Interest in Inbound business and housing business
Management skils
Active personality
Ability to think and act without supervision
Trial: 3 months
Annual Salary: 2,5M – 4M (depending on experience and skills)
Working hours (8 hours per day):
(Day shift) 9AM – 6PM (1 hour break)
(Late shift) 1 PM – 10 PM (1 hour break)
There is a high possibility that the shift would be changed to (Day shift) due to web check-in.
Holidays:
2 days per week (8 days per month)
