Wanted--Preschool Teacher with a Farmer’s Attitude


Work Days: Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday
Work Hours: 9:00-18:00
Salary: 270,000-300,000 Increases in salary are possible based on performance.
All staff must enroll in Shakkai-hoken at the company. (10 paid leave days, ½ of social insurance paid by the company)
Staff’s children may attend the preschool at no tuition cost.

We are located in Aichi-ken, Ichinomiya-shi. Research where we are and know who we are before applying.

We are looking for teachers with farmer attitudes. That is to say, those that understand rain or shine the chores must be done and done WELL. Conscientious colleagues that take pride in her/his work and are motivated are welcomed. Staff routinely observe one-another’s lessons and give feedback. A big ego will not fit well here. We are a tight group of educators looking for hardworking and highly trainable staff. All candidates will be interviewed by his/her possible future colleagues.
