Full-Time International Kindergarten Teacher in Tokyo (February Start) (expired)

Dyrka Education is currently looking for an experienced Kindergarten Teacher to be a part of our team of educators. Our small scale Kindergarten, located close to Kamata Station, operates with a maximum of 22 children across the ages of three to six years old.

The ideal candidate for the position is someone that:
. Truly enjoys working with young children and has a passion for being a caretaker.
. Has a bright personality and excellent communication skills which shine both within and outside of the classroom.
. Has at least two years of experience working teaching children at an International Kindergarten setting.
. Holds a Valid Work Visa and a Bachelor's Degree (Applicants with a background in childhood education are preferred)
. Is a native English speaker or a ESL speaker with proven excellent language skills (CEFR C2 or equivalent).
. Is proactive and creative; able to plan lessons and create materials based on our curriculum.
. Able to start working from February onwards.

Working hours:
- Eight hours work day, plus an hour of break.
. Our school is open from 7:30 to 20:00 on weekdays, and 8:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays.
. Overtime Work: 10 to 14 hours per month (An overtime allowance is paid for overtime work)

Holidays
- 2 days within every 5 day work week.
- Public and National holidays, Golden Week, Obon break (1 day) & New year（6 to 10 days）
- 10 Paid vacation days after your first 6 months, 10 days per year afterwards.

Salary
- ¥260,000 to ¥300,000/month of starting salary (Based on experience and qualifications)
