Description

We are currently hiring for an opening in mid-January. However, we are always accepting applications for future consideration.

Compensation / Welfare:
-260,000 ~ 270,000 yen per month
-Transportation reimbursement to branches
-Health and dental insurance

Vacation:
-More than 6 weeks paid vacation per year (spring, summer, and winter vacations, plus three more weeks throughout the year).

Visa Sponsorship:
-We will sponsor your visa

-Work hours:
-40 hours / week (20 - 30 actual teaching time)
-Mon to Fri 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
or
-Tues to Fri 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm and Sat 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
-Weekly 2-hour meeting on Friday

Working Conditions:
-Class size ranges from 2 ~ 12 students
-Pre-K through 2nd grade are co-taught with a Japanese teacher
-3rd grade and above are solo taught
-We offer training and ongoing support

Responsibilities / Duties:
-Teach pre-K, elementary, junior high, and high school classes
-Able to teach American style English
-Lesson plan (detailed lesson plans are provided, but some classes may require adjustments)
-Help plan and participate in special events, such as Halloween and Christmas parties
-Chat with students before and after class

Requirements / Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Native-level English
-Teaching experience preferred, but not required
-A positive attitude and eagerness to help your students
-A strong work ethic
