2023 Full-time English Teacher at Private Elementary School in Chiba

WING Inc. is seeking for highly motivated English teacher at a Private Elementary School in Chiba prefecture

Contract type: Full time
Location : Ichikawa city, Chiba
Nearest Station: Keisei-Yawata station (Keisei line), or Motoyawata station (JR Sobu line)
15 minutes walk from the station
Schedule: 5 working days from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Contract period: 1 year contract from April 2023 to March 2024
(Possible for renewal next year depending on your performance)

Duties:
Responsible for your assigned English classes at the Elementary school. English clubs and other English related desk works. This includes: Managing and organizing English class materials, Checking of homeworks, Grading tests etc.
Preparing of lessons based on the curriculum provided by the school. (Training is provided)
Maintains an attractive, organized and engaging learning environment.
Attends faculty, curriculum and team meetings.
Attends school events such as Open school, Sports day and English speech contests etc.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be a Native English speaker or has an English educational background at a native country for more than 10 years.
Must be able to attend an online training session before the actual work in April 2023.
Has a minimum of BA/BS degree.
Conversational Japanese is also required
Teaching license / Teaching certificate is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
250,000 yen monthly base plus perfect attendance bonus of 10,000yen
Perfect attendance bonus is excluding the month of August and December.
August (summer) pay is 60% of base, December (winter) pay is 80% of base
All benefits such as health insurance, pension are included (These fees will be deducted from your monthly salary)
Transportation fee/ 1 month train commuter pass will be covered. However, public bus fare won’t be reimbursed.
