Test Prep Instructor （到期)

English Innovations is a test prep school with campuses in Shinjuku, Yokohama and Osaka. Our mission is to help students get the score necessary to achieve their goals, whether they be admission into universities abroad, qualifying for prestigious schools within Japan, meeting a job requirement, or even just studying academic English as a hobby.

We are seeking intelligent and creative instructors for our test preparation classes, specifically for the TOEFL, TOEIC and IELTS exams. Experience is preferred, but not necessary; all training will be provided prior to instruction. We are looking for instructors who are not only passionate about education but can also offer the sort of insight and analytical thinking necessary to conquer standardized tests with ease.

Classes are taught on-site at the school campus in Osaka and online. Our schools are open every day of the week, and we offer morning, evening and night classes, with online classes offered on nights and weekends.

At the moment, we are primarily looking to fill the following shifts:

Monday - Thursday: 16:45 - 19:15
Monday - Thursday: 19:45 - 22:15
Sunday: 10:00 - 15:40

Hours/Schedule:
*Start Date: ASAP
*Classes are held in Osaka (大阪) and online.
*Hours of operation are from 10:00am to 10:15pm.
*Classes are generally 2.5 or 5 hours in length. Additional private lessons are also available.
*May provide roughly 5-30 hours per week depending on a candidate’s availability.
*There may be an opportunity for full time employment in the future
*Training will be held in Osaka prior to start.

Salary:
*Starting pay rate: ¥2,400 - ¥2,700/hour, depending on skill and experience.
*Training period (20 hours): ¥1,200/hour, Probation Period (3 months): ¥2,400/hour
*Transportation costs will be covered up to ¥20,000 per month.
