RCS Corporation, the longest running ALT dispatch company in Japan, is seeking motivated individuals to fill our remaining ALT positions for the upcoming school year in Gunma, Saitama, and Yamanashi.
Candidates who can legally drive in Japan and are willing to relocate will be given special consideration. We are also able to sponsor eligible visas for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Japanese teachers in the classroom by teaching English to students of all ages and levels.
• Help plan and implement lesson plans and activities.
• Create a fun and engaging learning environment for students.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of education with English as the primary mode of instruction
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Professional and reliable attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new environment
• Legal authorization to work in Japan
• A valid driver's license in Japan (not essential)
