あなたは毎日、ポジティブ行動を勧め、成長を促し、TPOで相応しくない行動を直していくことになります。CLAの一クラスの生徒数は最大で１５名です。異年齢混在クラスですので、あなたは１歳半から６歳までの生徒たちと共に過ごします。CLAの学習環境はユニークであり、朝のクラスでは学習経験が豊富でスキルを身に付けた生徒たちが教室をリードしますので、小さな子供たちも自然と授業に集中するようになります。つまりあなたは、大声を上げて走り回り、泣き叫ぶ子供たちを追いかけ、何とか授業に注意を向けさせようと、四苦八苦する必要が無いのです。

As a Coach at CLA you will be with children age 1.5 to 6 years old. You will receive training in the tools of a Coach. The environment in a CLA classroom is unique in that children are teachers and parents are actively involved in consciously conditioning wanted behaviors in and out of the classroom. Coaches spend most of the day side by side with their students rewarding good behavior and measuring social skill and cognitive growth. Coaches maintain a relaxed and positive environment. As a CLA Coach, parents will ask for your advice and you will have learned the skills to give them the answers.

Your daily activities will include encouraging positive behavior, facilitating growth and modifying TPO inappropriate behaviors. The environment at CLA is unique in that more experienced and skilled students lead morning classes and younger children are naturally motivated to focus on the lesson, this means you will not be chasing screaming and crying kids around and making them sit at a desk for hours. Assist in Preparing, administering, and grading tests, listen to oral presentations, and maintain classroom order.
Introduce children to mathematics, language, science, and social studies.
Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills.
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
