skills, certification, and good personality. The teacher's ability will not
solely be judged by what is on the resume; other criteria include
teaching methods, student motivation techniques, ability to create an
environment conducive to student learning (teacher's personality, class layout, etc.),
and so on.

[Contract Type] Outsourcing contract
*If you get good reputation from Japanese teachers and students,
there is possibility that you will be direct hired in the future

[Teaching style] Solo and Team
[Payment] 320,000-350,000 yen / month Transportation fee: Fully covered
[Working hours] 8:25am-5:00pm
*The working hours will be changed into 8:55am-5:30pm because of starting advanced after school class
[Working days] 5 days / week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
*Sometimes the school might request you to attend to school events on Saturday or Sunday,
but it will be asked in advance and you can get substitute holiday

[Work duties]
(1)Administrate English classes for Junior and Senior high school students
(2)Lesson planning,
(3)Creating materials,
(4)Grading, Meeting with other teachers,and other related work,
(5)Language Arts in English (Related to SDGs class, MUN etc),
(6)Making up special class for returnee students(Toridashi class/取り出し授業)
(7)Advanced after school class, *Writing and OC class for JHS and SHS,
(8)Program coordinate
*There is possibility that you won't cover the special class for returnee students

[Entry Bonus]
There is a 50,000 JPY entry bonus if you are hired for a 5 days/week
position and contract with us.
