Berkeley House Language Center is urgently seeking experienced Lao instructors in Fukushima-ken who can start teaching from Jan, 2020.
Students: Volunteers to be dispatched to Laos Period: 6 January 2020 – 17 March 2020
Students: Beginner (Volunteers going to Laos )
Location: Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture.
Working day: Monday-Saturday
Teaching hours: 5 hours/day (8:45-14:50)
50 min class * 5 classes a day (Roughly 209hours per course)
*Work other than teaching: writing reports, participating in events and meetings, etc.
Remuneration: roughly 320,000 yen per month.
Transportation expenses to and from Fukushima in Japan will be reimbursed.
Transportation from provided apartment to working place will be available for free.
Accommodation: free apartment provided
Shipping and Transportation fee
Berkeley House subsidizes shipping (up to 5,000 yen) and transportation (your nearest station to JR Motomiya station) fee.
<Qualification Requirements>
Native Lao speaker or Japanese national with high proficiency in Lao.
The ideal candidate should be a dedicated team worker who is able to begin teaching in January 2020. Additionally, he/she must possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited university and experience in teaching Japanese national.
Preference will be given to those with experience teaching intensive language programs in Japan.
