【TOEFL Instructor】Part-Time position in the Tokyo Area (expired)

Job details:
Berkeley House Language Center's results yielding TOEFL program has generated great interest and demand by goal oriented students, in recent years.
We are seeking vibrant, experienced teachers who are quick to assess students need and provide valuable instructions to assist in achieving the students desired band or even higher!
If you have extensive experience teaching TEOFL preparation courses, please send in your resume now. If you have some experience with TOEFL and are willing to learn, we offer a comprehensive TOEFL teacher training program that will allow you to gain expert knowledge of the test.
Our students range from young language learners in junior highs, high schools, and vocational colleges to top level executives working for some of Japan's most influential companies.


Essential Duties:
-Teach classes on weekdays and weekends as available.
-Complete essential administrative tasks such as record sheets and student reports.
-Prepare for college and university lessons by creating syllabi, assessment tools, and grading homework.
-Attend special course orientations as requested.

Requirements:
-Be a native-level speaker
-Have more than 3 years’ experience teaching EFL.
-Hold relevant qualifications (CELTA, DELTA, Trinity College, MA TEFL, etc.)
-Have experience teaching TOEFL preparation courses

Preference:
-Have experience teaching English in Japan
-Have experience teaching test-prep courses (IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, BULATS, TEAPetc.)
-Have experience as an English language test examiner (IELTS, TOEFL, BULATS, TEAP, etc.)

Job Location: Tokyo and Kanto Area

Salary: *3,000 ~ 4,000 Yen + transportation
*For those who have limited experience with TOEFL the starting rate is 3,000 yen/hour.
Once you have successfully passed our TOEFL teacher training program you will be immediately eligible for the 3,500 yen rate.
