Berlitz Japan is accepting applications for full time English instructors at our Seijo Language Center in Setagaya, Tokyo starting in July or August 2018.

Essential Duties:
Successful applicants will teach adults’ and kids' classes weekdays and evenings on Saturdays and Sundays with two consecutive weekdays off. Actual schedule to be discussed in the interview. Teaching materials provided.

Qualification Requirements:
We are seeking instructors for our international team who
* are native (or native fluent) English speakers
* are dynamic, mature and professional
* are culturally sensitive and have excellent organizational and communication skills
* are looking to work for a minimum of one year
* have a minimum of BA or BS degree
* want to teach adults as well as children
* are already in Japan and available for in-person interviews at our Seijo Language Center

Visa/Residence Requirements:
Only domestic applicants with full availability for one of the IQPs listed below will be considered. Please note that any and all interviews are conducted in-person in Tokyo (Skype/phone interviews are not available for this opening). Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified applicants and positions after successfully passing the in-person interviews.

Instructor Qualification Program (IQP) will be held at the Berlitz Japan Headquarters in Aoyama, Tokyo.
